Coral Bay: Part 1

Hitting Coral Bay meant only one thing. Manta Rays. 

So three of us jumped on a boat and headed out to Ningaloo Reef. 

The reef is Australia's only fringing reef meaning that it starts pretty much as soon as you enter the incredible aquamarine waters but to spot any mantas we had to plunge into deeper waters. 

First up though was a refreshing morning snorkel.

After a breathtaking swim we soon spotted out first manta ray and back in we jumped to follow the friendly ray wherever it took us. 

After a long swim with this lovely creature he dived down deep and we surfaced for lunch.
