Mindil Beach Sunset Markets

Every Thursday and Sunday, as the sun starts to dip into the ocean, the market comes to town. 

Visitors and entertainers flock to Mindil Beach to watch the sunset, try the many dishes on offer, pick up trinkets and soak up the relaxed atmosphere. 

Meander through the bustling crowd and you'll discover mini-petting zoos, musicians, and more delicious food than you can shake a stick at. Not ideal when you suffer from that condition where your eyes are bigger than your stomach though. 

The beach slowly fills as the sun sinks lower and lower. Grab a snack, slip your thongs off and find a spot to watch the sky come alive.
