Sundays at Glenelg

We decided to continue celebrating the end of exams with a trip to Glenelg. Our first stop was for lunch. Obviously. I'd noticed Bracegirdle's House of Fine Chocolate and had been dying to try it out so we headed straight for their balcony.

First, we ordered a couple of drinks.

And then we ordered cake.

Cat went for carrot cake whilst I couldn't choose between the raspberry mud cake and the white chocolate butterscotch muffin, so I had both. Don't judge me. All three were beyond delicious. (Yes, I also had a bit of Cat's. I said don't judge, alright) With nothing to do, we sat and indulged and enjoyed the sunshine.

One very satisfied Catherine.

If you're in the area and you want to sample the chocolatey delights on offer at Bracegirdle's, you can find them open everyday 'til late in several places in Adelaide but we went to the one on Jetty Road, Glenelg. If you don't fancy it, you're stupid. If you're not in the area, enjoy your jealousy.

We then meandered our way down to the beach where we relaxed further with a walk along the sand in marvellous sunshine.

It was pretty much the perfect Sunday. Hope y'all are having as much fun this weekend as I am!
